Welcome to Luxxe Lounge! Since opening in 2021, we have become the go-to salon for girls beauty needs!

We offer a wide range of lash sets - From light and fluffy, thick and bold to wispy and textured!

SALON POLICY 🚨:
By booking an appointment with Luxxe Lounge, you are agreeing to be accountable for your own aftercare. Failing to follow correct aftercare can result in damage to your natural lashes and/or poor retention. We ensure our salon conditions are perfect, allowing the adhesive to create a strong bond on the natural lash.

Retention can be due to, but not limited to; sleeping on your face, getting your lashes wet, hot, sweaty or steamy in the first 24 hour drying period, wearing mascara, eyeliner or heavy eye makeup, not cleansing your lashes every 1-2 days (natural oil build up must be removed from the lash line), certain medications, skincare products, working in a hot and/or oily environment, picking, pulling or touching your lashes, natural lash shedding, overactive oil glands or oily skin, rubbing your eyes, natural hormones, excessive crying.

By booking an appointment you agree to cleanse your lashes with proper lash cleanser and cold water (no makeup remover, no hot water) every 1-2 days. Not cleansing increases the risk of eye infections, lash mites and natural lash loss. Luxxe Lounge is in no way responsible for lash damage if you have not followed the proper aftercare.

If you find an issue with your lash extensions within the first 3 days after your appointment, and believe you have taken proper care, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will rectify the issue by infilling your lashes at no cost, if we can see that you have taken care of them. However, no refunds are given for services rendered.
